Hey There – I’m Krysti!

I’m an American, currently based in Japan, who has always dreamed of seeing the world. Growing up, I never imagined I’d have the opportunity to travel, let alone live in another country. And yet, here I am, thirty-something years old with a passport full of stamps and a foreign address.

If you’d asked me ten years ago if I thought any of this would be possible – my answer would have been a resounding “no.” At the time, I was fresh out of college, working my first real job in the US, but dreaming of so much more.

After a few years of the same-old-same, I finally took a leap of faith and left behind everything I knew to literally move to the other side of the world – and since then, I haven’t looked back. Now, I’m excited to share all that I’ve learned so you too can pursue your dreams of traveling and living abroad!
